Fringe: a Festival full of life (part 1)

Walking on High Street (The Royal Mile) in Edinburgh this period, is priceless.

Full of people, full of life. Artists, Bohemians, Writers, Actors, Clown and more and more.
Even if the WEATHER SUCKS here, tonow the city shine of his own light.

Edinburgh is a beatiful city, one of those that after a moment you fall in love with. The style of the houses, the streets, the people. Everything here is beautiful. I love this city, the only problem is the weather. Yep, mine is a sunny country and this one...

The scottish capital is the city of Festivals. During July and August you can see:

Edinburgh International Festival
The most important Opera/Ballet/Theatre Festival of an international level.

Edinburgh Jazz and Blues Festival

Fringe
The craziest one. The most interesting. Here the story of this festival.

Edinburgh International Book Festival

This year the Edinburgh International Film Festival has moved from August to June or it would be the 5th huge festival in the same period.

What are you waiting for? Come here!

World of Warcraft: How To quit

WoW is a life sucker like nothing else, you start for fun and after a while you wake up addicted.

I enjoyed the "devil" for a while, almost a year, in which I only played that game. For 3 month I played more WoW that my real life. I know that is a common problem but is not possible something like that. Like all the drugs, quit takes time and you have to be careful.

That's what I suggest:

- Stop playing for a while. Your mates will become too strong and you will quit because your trausers are not uber pwnage.

- Start thinking that is only a fake reality, you will never throw fire in 0.50sec casting even if your critical percentage it's the best one in your guild.

- Take off Thottbot (or whatever else) from your homepage.

- Stop wanking to kill time wile you are in the auction house.

- This pair of shoes that is taking so much time doing arenas/battleground/whatever, are useless, you can't wear them while you are going to work (If you still have one).

- In the meanwhile you are spending time in Azeroth collecting money (!) tons of bloggers are becoming rich (?). Start a blog on WoW, it will be more useful. Don't worry, Yaro Starak will help you.

- I could tell you to erase your account, to cancel everything. I won't. You have to arrive at that point by yourself.

- Blizzard is only a (great) software house, not God!

Indie Confessions

Before to sleep,
I would like to talk about a video that, after a while in the dark side of youtube's stomach, reached the right attention:

I followed his story for a while like few hundreds person with me. In a moment, the last 10th of july, he touched the youtube sky for a moment obtaining the tube buzz.
This "Random Filipino Filmmaker guy" is now explaining the odissey to reach the highest level of the indie filmmaking goal: Making a movie.

I understand him well, is hard and often perseverance and patience aren't enough, you need to be lucky and have the right connections. Without connections seems that in the business world is impossible to do something of a certain level and I'm talking in general.

I hope he will solve the things out. I can't wait to see his movie.

Good luck man.

What do you want?

My first post...

Why don't start a blog cursing the world?
...or maybe myself? I really feel it now...

No, not today. I feel it but I don't need it.

What is this blog?!

It will be me, in this moment, writing every crappy thing that comes in my mind without any rule. I will talk about everything I like. If it's ok with you, you are welcome.
If not, leave me the worst comment you ever wrote and bye...Yes I love you too.

Probably nobody will read a shit, probably everything will end very soon...I don't know, how could I?
I could die tomorrow morning, maybe at 10:34am, while I'm crossing the street. No one knows.

First of all, before starting blogging in this empty an minimalist place I want to thank Mr. Hugh MacLeod for this Manifesto: How to be creative
It's something that HAS TO be read by everyone that want a different point of view, really impressive.

The question now is:

Blogging seem to be a new job today, with his rules to respect or it will not work. Is it true? I mean, you need to spend your entire life promoting it cause people can read it?

A thing that I would like to ask to nobody, appearantly, is that if you will find english mistakes is because is not my mother tongue. If you find any mistakes, correct me! Help me to improve...whatever

Here we gooo...
